Sam joined the firm after graduating from the University of Montana’s law school in 2024. During school, Sam worked for the Associated Students of the University of Montana Legal Services. Sam worked on a wide variety of cases for ASUM, including insurance coverage disputes, landlord tenant issues, and property damage claims. In the classroom, Sam focused his studies on future work in the courtroom under the tutelage of several of Montana’s federal judges, including United States Magistrate Judge DeSoto and Bankruptcy Judge Benjamin Hursh.
Sam was born and raised in Butte. After graduating from Butte Central, Sam earned a B.S. in Business Finance, with honors, from Montana State University in 2021. Sam’s finance background, and the attention to detail that comes with it, made him a good fit for this firm.
In his free time, Sam enjoys skiing, spending time with family and friends, and watching sports.
